Обобщающий показатель СНС (System of National Accounts), позволяющий балансировать доходы государства с его расходами.Балансовая статистика ВНП основывается на положении учения Дж.Кейнса о том, что доход, созданный в процессе производства товаров и услуг, равен их рыночному объему (Keynes J. The General Theory of Employment Interest and Money, London, 1949, ^.20). Емкость рынка оценивается в национальном счете производства путем суммирования объема реализации на внутреннем рынке товаров и услуг, предназначенных для конечного потребления населения, учреждений, капитального строительства, чистого экспорта.
